The Pillar Behind Our Agentic Performance Marketing Tool

Dec 13, 2025

”When Meghna was working as a growth consultant for a few brands, she kept recommending GobbleCube to help drive their QComm growth.
Around the same time, we were ideating our Agentic Ad Automation product.
When we brought her into those early conversations to get her perspective, something clicked. She was very passionate about how it should work, what it should solve.
At some point, it just hit me: if someone cares this much about a problem, they should be the one building the solution.
So we made her an offer on the spot. To come join GobbleCube and drive this mandate.
Since then, she’s built the product from scratch and owned every part of it, exactly how a founder would.
She took on all the chaos that comes with building something new, sat with brands, collected feedback, and got her hands dirty till it worked.
Hats off to you, Meghna. Looking forward to achieving a lot more milestones with you.”
~ Manas, CEO & Co-founder, GobbleCube

You’ve had a pretty unconventional career path: from finance to sales to product. Did you ever see yourself leading something like this?

Honestly, yes and no.
Looking back, I’ve always taken up roles where I had to start from zero and figure things out along the way.
Part of it is because I’m a very curious person - I love diving into unfamiliar spaces, understanding the problems, and then finding ways to solve them.
And I think that mindset has been the common thread, whether it was in structured environments or in more hands-on, early-stage setups
What really drew me in at GobbleCube was the combination of a problem I deeply cared about and a team I genuinely wanted to work with.

Manas says, “You’ve done everything a founder does”, while building this tool. How did that journey actually begin?

That’s really kind of him to say this.
I don't know if Manas has told you, but when I met Manas and Sri for the first time, I was leading Amazon for an early-stage startup, and you know I love the entire Amazon ecosystem.
GobbleCube was more focused on QComm then, and the product didn’t quite fit what I needed, so I passed.
A few months later, I ended up recommending GobbleCube to one of the brands I knew - and reconnected with Manas and Sri.
Coincidentally, they were also looking for someone to help build their Ad Automation & Insights Tool. It wasn’t fully developed yet, just a rough pilot running with a few brands. Sri pitched the idea of me taking it up, and I jumped in headfirst.
From there, Sri and I went into full-on build mode. We spent hours on calls with performance marketers, trying to understand what their actual day-to-day challenges were. We built, broke, and rebuilt. Ran betas, collected feedback, made mistakes, fixed them, and then did it all over again.
So yeah, we kinda built it from the ground up - together!

What was your vision when you started?

I genuinely believe that performance marketing (especially in the Quick Commerce space) is not a job for humans. And I’m not saying that just because we’re building a tool.
I’m saying it because of how fast the moving parts are: budgets, keywords, cities, slots. It’s impossible for a human to consistently make the best decisions, in real time, at scale. So from Day 1, our goal has been clear: to build a fully agentic AI system that can optimise, learn from real-time data, and make informed choices with minimal manual input.

Any learnings that you’d like to share?

Oh yes! If we were to do it all over again, we’d just iterate faster! That’s one thing we could’ve done better.
“Also, one of my biggest takeaways — real effort in building a product lies in the last 25%”
The first 75% is about solving broad, generic customer-facing problems. But the last stretch is where you’ve to really dig deep into the real workflows, edge cases, and the actual issues your target audience faces, which does not seem very apparent at first. As I’ve said, we quite literally tried to imbibe the lifestyle of performance marketers to build this tool.

How would you describe your relationship with your team? What’s your mantra as a leader?

We have fun, and we get things done.
I’ve always told them we’re like a high-performing cricket team. We hold each other accountable, respect each other, and also have tough conversations when needed.

Your team described you as a perfect mix of workaholic and hilarious. What’s the secret?

It’s because I bribed them to say that to you. Hahaha, no, no, I’m kidding.
That’s really sweet of them. I do take pride in being someone who can make the team laugh and get things done, without making it feel like a slog.
I think that balance comes naturally because it’s how I’ve always worked myself.
If we’re building something great, we should have fun doing it, right?

“She always starts sentences with at least ‘2 things’, which upfront defines her personality as 'no bias', 'open to ideas', 'no ego', 'always aiming for MECE solutions.'”

- Somen, (Meghna’s Team)

She’s a firecracker who is relentless, no matter how many setbacks we have. No bullshit, just work and a golden heart to ensure everyone is always learning.

- Purnima, (Meghna’s Team)

Amidst all this intensity, how do you find time to reset? What grounds you outside work?

I take my rest very seriously, literally, hahahah!
On the weekends, I go for a run across different parts of the city. It really helps me reset my tone for the entire week.
I also love spending time with friends, whether it’s going for long walks or just catching a nice sunset.
I’m a big Bollywood geek! I grew up on all the classic songs and movies, and even now, if I need to switch off, I’ll blast some music or put on an Alia Bhatt film.
In some parallel universe, I’m definitely writing Bollywood scripts for a living, haha.
Also love to spend hours making intricate rangolis - they’re oddly therapeutic.

Since this is part of our “SuperWomen of GobbleCube” series, we’d love to know who the ‘SuperWoman’ in your life is

My mother, without a doubt.
She’s been my biggest role model. She has shaped the way I think, work, and show up in the world.
Growing up, I always admired how she carried herself. She’s fearless, deeply resilient, and full of heart. She’s also wildly passionate about everything she does.
And I think a lot of her ideals have been imprinted on me, too.
